I agree on most of what you say here man, but honestly the insta-kill part you claim for the grab is more of your vigor not being high enough. Honestly, the minimum your vigor should be is about 50. I keep mine at 60, and when I level I balance between strength and vigor predominantly. Anyways, good vid 👍🏻

Mimic fights in games are a bit of a 50/50. Usually, they are fairly gimmicky fights that are reliant on what you went into the fight with. In other words, you can make the fight easy or hard on yourself depending on what you use. That hit box though... 🧐

I found that if you connect the Brakes to the station, a Station Brakes Failure will affect them as well. Just put a normal piece of rail between the station and the brakes and you should be good.

Believe it or not, blocking and deflecting is how you’re expected to play this game, as opposed to the footsies style of the typical soulsborne game. I really like that From Software tried a new formula for their game.

For longer messages, you might want to leave them up for a couple of extra seconds. Just saying. ;) I like the informative style and I would recommend it for anyone new to the soulborne series.

Honestly, I think I might just get this game. My biggest problem is that it starts somewhat slow. However, I love the mechanic of recruiting enemies for your party, in a not to dissimilar fashion to Pokémon honestly. Things really pick up once you get a large group of characters

A lot of people give this fight shit, saying it’s bad ‘cause of camera angles or unfair attacks or that Midir itself doesn’t have a well-written backstory about 10 pages long like every other boss. Personally, I love this fight, you can tell that they looked at what went wrong with the dragon fight in the first DS and worked hard to improve on it. The design of the boss is amazing and I love how the laser is a big reference to Shin Godzilla. Finally, this guy here actually does have a pretty good backstory, you just need to look for it. Also, great job with the faith build!

Ok, yeah I see the problem with SOC lance set. That spin is ridiculous the hit hitbox last just a little longer than your roll and it’s also really hard to heal too, because if you back away, he chases you relentlessly with some really far-reaching attacks. Still, good job persevering and winning! Your Sorcery set was awesome to watch!

I just love how Geal is flipping around with his big sword and with all those crazy combos he’ll just kinda casually pull out a mini crossbow and shoot you from the hip. Then phase 3 starts and he shoots you WHILE flipping around. That is so sick.

Easy boss, I actually found it easier than iudex. It's patterns are very predictable and the charges are easily avoided. The second phase music is awesome though.

Just a year ago, I’d never thought you’d get into Dark Souls. This is really good gameplay!
